Memories Made Music ("we," "us") turns a photo you upload into an original song. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account details — your email address, used to sign you in with a magic link.
- Photos you upload — used to generate your song. See retention below.
- Songs and lyrics we generate for you, saved to your library.
- Payment information — processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic usage data — like how you arrived at the site, to understand what's working.
How we use it
To create and deliver your songs, run your account and subscription, provide support, keep the service secure, and improve how it works. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We share only what's needed with the providers that power the product: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and the AI providers that read the photo and compose the song (including model providers such as OpenRouter/Google and the music engine, Suno via apiframe). Your photo is sent to these AI providers solely to generate your song.
Retention of photos
We keep the small copy of your photo needed to create and re-deliver your song and its shareable video. You can ask us to delete your photos, songs, and account at any time by emailing chris@memoriesmademusic.com.
Cookies
We use a secure session cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your personal data and close your account. To make a request, email chris@memoriesmademusic.com.
Children
Memories Made Music is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
