The service

Memories Made Music generates an original song from a photo you upload, using AI. Because it's AI-generated, results vary and each song is unique — we can't guarantee a specific outcome.

Accounts

You're responsible for activity under your account. Keep your email access secure, since sign-in uses a magic link.

Plans, trials, and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until you cancel.
• A 99¢ 7-day trial (up to 3 songs) converts to a monthly Starter plan afterward unless you cancel during the trial.
• You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals.
• Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice.

Your content and rights

Only upload photos you own or have permission to use. You keep ownership of the photos you upload, and you may use the songs we generate for you — including personal gifts, sharing, and social posts. Don't upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or photos of people who haven't consented.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, attempt to break or overload it, or use it to create content that is illegal, hateful, or violates someone's rights.

Refunds

If something goes wrong with a song or a charge, email chris@memoriesmademusic.com and we'll make it right.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the prior three months.
